UCL Staff Dementia Network: Meeting this term

UCL's Staff Dementia Network is a network for staff who have family or friends with dementia.

As well as having time to catch up, share and discuss relevant matters, we are delighted that Penny Rapaport will join the meeting. Penny is a clinical psychologist and NIHR Advanced Fellow in the Division of Psychiatry at UCL. Her research interests include collaborating on the development, testing and implementation of non-pharmacological interventions for people living with dementia and those supporting them. Penny will talk about DREAMS START, a randomised controlled trial testing a non-pharmacological intervention to reduce sleep difficulties in people living with dementia. Penny will also talk about the START interventions to support carers of people living with dementia, developed here at UCL.
