  • Black History Month website
  • The history department have specially collated a list of resources to learn about Black History which have been suggested by both staff and students. 
  • The Sarah Parker Remond Centre have compiled an archive of previous podcasts which showcase conversations about race and racialisation. Their latest episode features British born Nigerian artist Karimah Ashadu in conversation with Lara Choskey (UCL English),  to discuss two of her recent films, Brown Goods (2020) and Plateau (2022). 
  • Library Services are collecting recommendations for books celebrating Black history – submit your favourites here
  • Join The Bartlett’s monthly Inclusive Spaces event series to explore equity, diversity and inclusion in the built environment. Find out more about their work on the Bartlett website.

  • Listen to the IOE, Faculty of Education and Society's, episode about Diversity and inclusivity in academia as part of their 'Academia et al.' podcast series. Read an interview with IOE alumnus Banji Alexander, who has written a children's book about understanding Covid-19, and his thoughts about the importance of diversity in literature.
