World Mental Health Day is an opportunity to talk about, protect and improve our mental health. At UCL we are committed to a holistic range of services and resources to support your wellbeing.

Our Wellbeing Champions are on hand to provide peer support. Please do contact one of them if you would like to talk to someone about your mental health and the resources and services that are available.

You can access confidential, 24/7 mental health support in seconds; by phone, WhatsApp or live chat. Support is available for both personal and work-related matters.

There is a range of events taking place over World Mental Health Day and the following month from addressing work-related stress to understanding burnout, which is now a condition recognised by World Health Organisation
