UCL's Travel Insurance Provider Changes 3 May 2022

The UCL travel insurance provider will change from Royal & Sun Alliance (RSA) to American International Group (AIG) on Tuesday 3 May 2022.

As the AIG certificate will become effective from 3 May 2022, the existing insurance cover will apply as outlined below.

  • Trips commencing and ending before 1 May 2022, will continue to have cover on the RSA certificate.
  • Trips commencing and ending on or after 1 May 2022, the AIG Certificate will apply.
  • Trips commencing before 1 May 2022 and ending on 31 July 2022 or even sooner – RSA Certificate applies.
