Applications are now open for the 2022 UCL Summer School

26 November 2021

UCL students are eligible for a 10% tuition fee discount for the Summer School, which has over 70 bespoke modules to choose from.

UCL Summer School

The Summer School offers students from universities around the world the chance to study at UCL for three or six weeks in July and August and transfer credit back to their home institution. Students can enrol on Session One (4–22 July) or Session 2 (25 July to 12 August) or both Sessions, studying one module per Session.

This opportunity is open to all students who have completed at least one year of undergraduate study at a recognised university. UCL students are eligible for a 10% tuition fee discount but cannot use credit earned on the UCL Summer School towards degree programmes.

Summer 2019 saw over 700 students from 250 universities around the world enrol. 98% of surveyed students said they would recommend the UCL Summer School to a friend. In 2021, the programme will offer over 70 bespoke undergraduate-level modules from a wide range of UCL departments.

The programme also offers a unique social and cultural programme to ensure that students make the most of their time in London. Students also have the option of staying in UCL accommodation close to campus.

All the relevant information on entry requirements, fees and dates can be found on the UCL Summer School website. Full module syllabi are also available. Interested students can apply for free using the online portal. The deadline for applications is 1 June 1 2022 but modules do fill up on a first-come-first-served basis.
