MyHR is now available

The wait is finally over. MyHR, our new HR and Payroll System, has gone live!
Together with MyFinance, UCL now has a single, fully integrated HR and Finance management system.
What you can do in MyHR
MyHR provides more self-service functionality than our previous system, MyView.
In MyHR Self-Service you can:
- Update your personal information quickly and easily, including your bank details
- View your payslips
- Book annual leave and record other absences. Please note: Any recorded or approved absences in MyView (annual leave, sickness leave, domestic leave) as of 10 January 2020 have been migrated to MyHR Employee Self-Service and you will need to enter any taken since MyView was made unavailable.
- From now on, your annual leave balance will be shown in hours not days. Moving to an hours based system will help us to support flexible working arrangements. You still request leave in half/full day blocks but it will be deducted in hours based on your work pattern. - You will continue to access your P60s through MyView until further notice.
Joining MyHR and MyFinance on 17 February will be MyLearning.
MyLearning will replace two of UCL’s IT systems for booking and recording training (Learning Electronic Records System - LERS and the Single Training Booking System - STBS). Through MyLearning you will be able to book training courses from Finance & Business Affairs, Information Services, Organisational Development, Safety Services and Arena Centre.
Please note: You can still complete online learning via the Learning & Development webpages and it will be recorded automatically into MyLearning.
