UCL results day 2019: congratulations to all our students

2 July 2019

On Tuesday 2 July, all eligible* UCL students will receive assessment results for 2018-19.

Students sitting on the Portico Steps

On Tuesday 2 July, you will receive your results and awards by email to your UCL email account if you undertook assessment in 2018-19.

Results emails will be sent out in batches throughout the day. Your email may arrive earlier or later than other students in your cohort as it is not possible to send a single communication to all 32,000 students receiving results this year. These emails can be viewed on mobile devices.

Deferral or re-sit results for modules first attended in a previous academic year will be available for you to view on Portico from 10am on Monday 8 July 2019. All current academic year results will also be available to view from this date. Please contact your department if you have any queries about these results prior to this date.

Late Summer Assessment (LSA)

If you have failed or deferred examinations or assessments for 2018-19 modules, this information will be detailed in your results email. If you are taking examinations in the LSA period, you will receive your exam timetable by email on Friday 19 July. If you are submitting coursework in the LSA period, your department will let you know how and when you need to do this.

Certificate and transcripts

If you have registered to attend a Graduation Ceremony taking place from 2-5 September 2019 your degree documents will be available for your to collect on the day. If you are not attending one of these Ceremonies your degree documents will be posted to your home address in early September 2019 – please make sure that your home address details are up to date on Portico.

For students taking LSAs, final results will be published in September and degree documents will be sent out 8-10 weeks from date of award.
