Have your say on sexual health

Researchers at UCL and Public Health England are investigating factors which motivate or influence an individual's decision to retest (test again) following a chlamydia diagnosis.
Who can take part?
Participants must have been previously diagnosed with chlamydia, and be aged between 16-24 years old.
What will it involve?
Participants will complete one 20-minute survey online. Individuals can then enter a prize draw for one of four £50 vouchers if they wish. All answers will be anonymous.
