Exam timetable on track for publication by end of February

1 February 2018

The UCL 2018 Exam Timetable is scheduled for publication on 28 February.

Students sitting exams On this date, all students expecting to be examined in the Main Examination Period will receive an email with their personal timetable.

All students have already received their unique candidate number by email.  If you are unable to locate your email you can view and print your candidate number in Portico.

UCL Academic Services has brought forward the publication date in response to student feedback. The earlier publication date has been made possible by the exceptional engagement by students with the December deadline for module registration.

Sarah Al-Aride, Education Officer in the Students' Union, said:

'This is great news for students. Exam time always comes with a lot of pressure, and we've been working with UCL to reduce the avoidable causes of stress. We have lobbied year after year for timetables to be released by late February and I'm so glad we can finally deliver. We continue to work with UCL to ensure there are enough study spaces available, especially during term 3, and that the transition to the new exam venue goes smoothly.'

The exam period will run from Wednesday 25 April to Friday 8 June 2018.

Exams will be at Excel London in London's docklands. Students are advised to arrive in good time, so you can make use of the facilities, prepare for your exam sessions and ensure you are there on time to be seated.

Late summer assessments, for all students who need to re-sit an exam or have been granted deferred assessment, take place 20 August to 7 September 2018.
