Staff attendance at 2017 Graduation Ceremonies: deadline approaching

We would like to remind academic staff wishing to attend the UCL 2017 Graduation Ceremonies as part of the Academic Procession that the deadline to confirm their attendance and request academic dress (if required) is 4pm on Friday 9 June.
It is a very special and memorable occasion that our graduands and their guests would love to share with the staff who have supported them throughout their time at UCL.
If you wish to attend the ceremonies this year, please complete the online form which can be found on your Portico homepage. You will need your username and password to access Portico. Once you have opened your Portico homepage, please click on the link 'Graduation Ceremonies - Staff Application'.
Professional services and support staff who would like to attend the graduation ceremonies should email Giovanna Amorosi: grad_ceremonies@ucl.ac.uk to check availability for a seat in the auditorium.
