  • You will learn techniques that you can use even after the training has ended.
  • The training aims to help manage stress and improve your quality of life.

Who are you looking for?

People who:

  • are aged 18 or over
  • live in the UK
  • speak and read English fluently
  • have a confirmed diagnosis of Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
  • have regular access to the internet

What do I need to do?

  • Complete two questionnaires, 30 days apart, about you and your health
  • Use the mindfulness training every day for 30 days (each session is 10-20 minutes)
  • You can access these at a time to suit you
  • All of your answers will be anonymised and handled securely

I'd like to take part/I've got more questions
