MyHR is a phased transformation programme that will fundamentally change the processes and systems that support the delivery of HR procedures across UCL.
A key element of MyHR is the replacement of many of UCL's current HR, Payroll, and support systems with a single 'best in class' system. This will enable local decision making, streamline and automate HR processes, provide better reporting for managers, and seamlessly integrate with MyFinance.
MyHR will be delivered over three years commencing with the first phase in the summer of 2017.
