Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey launched for first time at UCL

28 April 2016

Are you studying for a Master's or other postgraduate taught programme such as a PGCE? Tell us what you think of your course and you'll be entered into a prize draw with a £500 cash prize.

Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey launched for first time at UCL

The Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey aims to find out more about the academic aspects of your degree and help us identify what we're doing well and where improvements are needed. Postgraduates have different needs to undergraduate or research students and it's vital that we find out more about what is important to you. Every week, we will give away 50 x £5 Amazon vouchers to participants at random, plus there will be a £500 cash prize draw when the survey closes.

How to take the survey

  • You were sent an email on 4 April and again on 25 April from your Head of Department with your personalised link to the survey
  • Every week we will give away 50 x £5 Amazon vouchers to participants at random, plus there will be a £500 cash prize draw when the survey closes
  • The survey is open until 16 June
  • If you have any questions or cannot find your email, please contact student.surveys@ucl.ac.uk.

Your responses will be read by your Head of Department and Vice-Provost (Education & Student Affairs) Professor Anthony Smith, and will be used by your department in the Annual Student Experience Review (ASER) process, ensuring that student feedback informs change, so you can use this opportunity to help improve education for future students.

Almost 40% of students at UCL are studying postgraduate taught programmes and with such a diverse student community and wide variety of subjects, it's important that we hear from all of you so that your perspective can be used to plan and prioritise.
