Participants needed for study on cognition and mood

Researchers from UCL and Goldsmiths University want to study if and to what extent mood affects cognitive function.

Participants needed for a study on sensory information and motor functions

To do so, they are asking participants to complete a series of cognitive ability tests and a measure of mood on five consecutive days in their laboratory (Monday through Friday).

What would taking part involve?

The first testing session on Monday takes one hour, and testing sessions on Tuesday through Friday take 30 minutes. A research assistant will guide participants to a research cubicle with a computer, on which they will complete the tests. Participants will receive a £30 voucher for love2shop.

Location

Testing sessions will take place at: 3rd Floor, 26 Bedford Way, London, WC1H 0AP.

You are eligible if you are aged 18 years or over.

All data will be collected and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

This study has been approved by the Goldsmiths Research Ethics Committee and is being run in collaboration with Professor Adrian Furnham (UCL Department of Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology).
