ECIC researchers looking for volunteers to test a new toothpaste

6 November 2013

Researchers at Eastman Clinical Investigation Centre (ECIC) are currently looking for healthy volunteers interested in taking part in a study to test a new toothpaste.

This study might be a good fit for you if:

  • You have got all your front teeth without fillings, implants, crowns veneers, orthodontic appliances and retainers.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are at least 18 years old.

All suitable participants will be required to attend five visits over four months and will receive compensation of £200 upon study completion.

If you are interested in taking part in the study or receiving more information about it, please call 020 3456 1276 or 020 3456 2334 to arrange a time to stop by the Eastman Clinical Investigation Centre, UCL Eastman Dental Institute, 256 Gray's Inn Road, London, WC1X 8LD, between Thursday 7 November - Thursday 14 November.

During this brief visit, an information sheet will be provided and a short visual dental screening of the front teeth will be conducted to confirm eligibility for participation.

The project has been approved by the Research Ethics Committee.
