Recruiting new Dignity at Work advisors
14 March 2013
UCL's Equalities and Diversity Team is looking for volunteers to become Dignity at Work advisors (formerly Harassment advisors).
The role involves providing informal advice and support to staff experiencing bullying and harassment. The network of advisors has been established at UCL for over ten years. It has been invaluable in creating a confidential space for staff to explore workplace dynamics and as a means of supporting staff in resolving difficult situations informally and promptly. UCL has been commended by the lesbian, gay and bisexual charity Stonewall for its work in this area.
