UCL President & Provost farewell event: registration instructions

On arrival in the Front Quad please collect a wristband from one of the registration points.

You must produce your UCL Staff ID card to receive your wristband.

There will be a detachable token on the wristband that can be given to the bar staff at the base of the portico steps in the drinks marquee and you can choose your complimentary drink.

6.15pm               Surprise performance by special guests

7pm                    Event ends

Throughout the event there will be cash bars set up in the North and South Cloisters for staff to purchase further refreshments and there will be 4 food stalls from KERB food in the Front Quad selling a variety of delicious meals for staff to purchase and enjoy.
