Amendments to UCL recruitment and selection policy

Earlier this year, staff were invited to provide feedback in relation to proposed amendments to the UCL recruitment and selection policy.

Those amendments were intended to provide flexibility in advertising posts in exceptional and defined circumstances.

The amendments were revised following consideration of feedback from staff and a new policy has been approved.

Staff can access a copy of the new policy at https://www.ucl.ac.uk/hr/consultation/.

An analysis of the feedback received on the proposed amendments, including how the feedback was considered in finalising the policy is available at that website.
