Chartwells at UCL: enhancements to catering service
9 February 2012
A number of enhancements have been made to the catering service provided by Chartwells on the Bloomsbury campus.
These include:
- The installation of a 24/7 Costa Express machine. The machine uses fresh beans and fresh milk, and can accept both cash and card payments. It is located in the South Junction of the Wilkins Building. Vending machines are also now situated in the Christopher Ingold building, offering a range of snacks, hot and cold drinks.
-
A new mobile catering unit - The Mega Van - is now operational, located in the Front Quad. It provides a selection of pastries, confectionary, sandwiches, fresh coffee and tea, porridge and a hot lunch offer. The Mega Van is electrically operated and helps to support UCL sustainable initiatives.
- The new Chartwells at UCL catering website is now live. Please visit http://www.dineoncampus.co.uk/ucl/index.aspx to view latest offers, menus or to provide feedback. Alternatively contact us on chartwells-hospitality@ucl.ac.uk to discuss any of our latest initiatives, include vending provision, in greater detail.
