UCL Staff Survey 2011: thanks for your participation
25 November 2011
A big thank you to everyone who participated in the UCL staff survey which closed on 18 November.
We achieved a final response rate of 48%, which means a massive £40,500 was donated to the student hardship fund. We are really interested in hearing what you have to say and look forward to the findings.
Our partner organisation, ORC International, are now analysing the results for us. The headline results will be ready in mid December and we will publicise these through the Week@UCL and on the staff survey website.
The
detailed analysis will be ready in the New Year and presented to Provost and
his Senior Management Team on 1 February. SMT will then agree corporate
priorities and responsibilities for ensuring these are implemented.
Results from the survey will also be available for individual Faculties and Corporate Support Services Divisions. Deans and Heads of Division will discuss the findings locally, and will agree a programme of action to address key issues which are raised.
I hope you will continue to be engaged with the process and become involved in helping make the changes you want.
