UCL proposed fire drill schedule - autumn 2011

Please note that a number of new locations have been added to the list including the Mullard Space Science Laboratory, Institute of Ophthalmology (Bath Street) and Student Residences Ramsay & Ifor Evans Halls.

Should any department affected by the fire drill have a significant reason to change the proposed date or time, then Heads of Departments or an appointed representative are requested to contact the UCL Fire Officer to discuss the possibility of rescheduling the fire drill.

Buildings not on the list

Please note that if a building that your Department occupies does not appear on the proposed schedule, then local arrangements are in place (e.g. Property Landlord / UCLH Trust responsibility etc). No fire drill will take place under the proposed schedule by the UCL Fire Officer.

Finalisation of the fire drill schedule

The proposed fire drill schedule will be displayed until Friday 9 September 2011 after which, the schedule will be finalised and then published to view, via an 'all staff' email and The Week@UCL. Please note there will be no further changes to the schedule after it has been published
