14 July 2011

Lesbian, gay and bisexual staff at UCL are asked to complete the

Stonewall logo stonewall.org.uk/at_work/wei_survey/" target="_self">short survey for the Stonewall Workplace Equality Index. The Index is Britain's leading tool for employers to measure their efforts to tackle discrimination and create inclusive workplaces for lesbian, gay and bisexual employees. Since launching in 2005, more than 650 major employers have taken part in the Index, using Stonewall's Index criteria as a model for good practice.

The information you provide is anonymous, completely confidential and will go to Stonewall's Workplace Team, not to your employer. Once the data is collected and analysed, only your organisation's average scores will be shared with UCL and individual responses will not be able to be identified. Summary data from this survey will be presented in a variety of formats, including a report. On entering the survey please put 'UCL' in the organisation name and '321' as the unique 3 digit code.

Many thanks for taking part.

Max Hill, Chair of the LGBT Equality Group
