Final-year undergraduate students are being asked this term to complete this year's National Student Survey (NSS), which should take no more than five minutes. All students completing the survey on-line before Monday 31st March 2008 will be entered in a prize draw:

    • 1st prize = £250
    • 2nd prize = £100
    • 3rd prize = three prizes of £50

To complete the survey, please use the link at the top of this article.

Please note that all students who have already completed the survey online will be automatically entered into the draw.

The NSS is an opportunity to give feedback on all aspects of university life including:
    •    course teaching
    •    assessment and feedback
    •    academic support
    •    organisation and management
    •    learning resources
    •    personal development.

Results of the survey will be available to prospective students and UCL is committed to acting on student comments.

Please see the Joint UCL and UCL Union statement for more details on the survey.

Those students who do not complete the survey will be sent a postal questionnaire to their term time address and may also be contacted by telephone.  Students not wishing to participate in the survey should visit the NSS website using the above link, in order to opt-out and ensure that there is no further contact from NSS researchers.
