Debate: Spin vs Substance in Elections

UCL Debating is holding the debate 'This House Believes that Spin and not Substance is the Key to Winning Elections' on Monday 20 November.

The guest speaker will be John Redwood MP, Co-Chairman of the Conservative Party's Policy Review Group on Economic Competitiveness and former Cabinet Minister and Prime Ministerial Candidate. He will speak in opposition to the motion.
