'Belleville Rendezvous' at the Renoir Cinema
25 May 2006
Sylvain Chomet's classic French animation, 'Belleville Rendezvous', will be given a special screening at the Renoir Cinema, Brunswick Square, at 7.
The film, which follows the bizarre adventures of a young cyclist, is being shown in aid of an expedition by four UCL postgraduate students, who will be making their own cycling journey to Monaco in October. The team - Francesca Achilli, Marie O'Shea, Paresh Shah and Simon Thompson - hope to raise £10,000 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Tickets for the event cost £15, and include canapés and wine. There will also be a raffle.
