UCL Union concert

1 December 2005

UCL Union will be holding its seventh annual concert in the Front Quad on Tuesday the 6th of December 2005.

The concert is held to entertain and benefit both members of the local community and UCL students and staff.

The event raises money to support local and national charities. In the past, donations have been made to a number of charities, including Great Ormond Street Hospital, the UCH paediatric ward, Befrienders International, the Coram Family, NSPCC and UNICEF. This year's donations will go to Shelter, the National Campaign for Homeless People.

The concert is a festive celebration with light decorations, mince pies and mulled wine, a Santa's Grotto, and free presents for children who attend. UCL Union's Jazz, Live Music and other societies will perform on the night.

All are invited to attend the event, which will start at 5.30pm.
