UCL staff survey

25 October 2004

UCL staff are being offered the opportunity to take part in the first ever survey about working at UCL.

Questions are based around what staff feel about their job and working life and if they feel UCL's policies on equal opportunities have made a difference. The survey is being run by an independent research company and hosted on a secure external website, so all responses will be completely confidential. Views will be combined with all the other responses and therefore it will not be possible to identify an individual's answers, nor will an individual's answers be read by anyone at UCL.

For the survey to be effective, it is important that a high response rate across every staff group is achieved. Staff are being asked to take a few minutes of their time to complete the survey, which should take on average 10-15 minutes, by 5 November 2004.
