Contract Research Staff Online Survey

According to Ms Anne Wilson, Senior Human Resources Officer: "The purpose of the CROS is to provide factual information to participating universities relating to contract research employment, training, career development, supervision and communication processes.

The results of the survey will be discussed by the Contract Research Staff Working Group and all contract research staff are encouraged to have their say. It provides an invaluable way to track changes in attitudes and opinions, as well as evaluate the impact of positive actions that have been implemented since the last survey in 2003."

The survey is funded by the Higher Education Funding Council (HEFCE) and the Office for Science & Technology (OST).
