Submit your work and participate at Fluidization XVII in Edinburgh!
13 February 2023
The 17th edition of the prime conference series on Fluidization will be held in Edinburgh, on 21-25 May 2023. It had to be postponed by a year due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and we are now looking forward to active in-person participation this year!
The conference is organised by Prof Raffaella Ocone from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh (Chair of UCL CNIE Advisory Board), Prof Marc-Olivier Coppens (Director of the UCL CNIE), and Prof Paola Lettieri (UCL Chemical Engineering & Pro-Provost UCL East), together with Prof Christine Hrenya (University of Colorado). Fluidization XVII is organised in collaboration with AIChE.
The focus of the conference is on bridging fundamental research and emerging applications of fluidization technologies. Contact between researchers and industrial practitioners at any stage of their career is highly encouraged. New to the series is that there will be a special session on Social Values.
There will be plenaries by Prof Joan Cordiner (University of Sheffield), Dr Karl Jacob (DOW), Prof Takuya Tsuji (Osaka University), Prof Piero Salatino (University of Naples Federico II).
Booking for this conference is now open, and registration can be made here.
