Dr Hamed Hyab Samir is the Head of Architectural Department at the University of Basrah. Dr. Hamed received a visiting scholarship at Loughborough University. As part of this visiting scholarship, Dr. Hamed plans to document and create a digital library for the tanglible and intangible heritage of Basrah city.
