To keep your kitchen clean and to prevent people from food contamination there are some things that you have to do:
_wear your kitchen clothes before entering the kitchen.
_clean your hands before and after toutching food.
_use different choping boards for meat, fish, vegetables, bread and drairy products.
_use clean dry continers to store food.
_keep your food in the fridge all times.
_cover all the food with cling film, and labels describing the food and the date it was made or prepared.
_clean work surfaces whith Dettol.
_clean the kitchen floor after every service.
_check fridge temperatures 3 times a day.
