Lahun, amulets from tombs of Third Intermediate Period

The table shows the occurrence of amulets in tombs at Lahun. Two points in particular should be considered when consulting this table:

1. A tomb may contain more than one burial.

2. Many tombs had been looted.

Figures of Sakhmet and of Isis, and wedjat-eyes are the most common amulets. The wedjat-eyes appear often in great number.
