A grid has been drawn up to assist the alignment of lines and columns for information laid out in three horizontal registers:
(1) the top register gives date, followed by name and title of a presiding official
(2) the next register gives short vertical lines recording name and title of each recipient
(3) a third register records the kind of meat cuts supplied; this is largely destroyed
