The MSSL design team use Catia, 3D computer aided design (CAD) software made by Dassault Systemes.
Individual components are designed in a virtual, three dimensional workspace then placed within an assembly environment allowing complete systems to be built with entire freedom to view, change and perfect the designs before any material is cut.

The 3D component models can then be converted to two dimensional engineering drawings, allowing our workshop and specially selected sub-contractors to manufacture the components to our exacting standards.
