  1. Principles of Phonetic Science (PLIN0065)

Description

The module builds on the foundations laid by Introduction to Phonetics and Phonology B (PLIN0062) (or equivalent first-level courses). It discusses fundamental theoretical and empirical questions arising from the scientific study of languages’ sound systems. It provides participants with hands-on experience of analysing phonological data.
