Institute of Mental Health Launch

On 16th July 2019, Institute of Mental Health hosted a launch event to celebrate mental health research at UCL

On 16th July 2019, UCL Institute of Mental Health (IoMH) hosted our launch event to around 250 attendees. The event took place from 3pm-6pm in the Jeremy Bentham Room, UCL. The event introduced the IoMH to a wide range of stakeholders including UCL staff, UCL students and external affiliates. The event was also a celebration of mental health research taking place at UCL. The event consisted of five plenary talks from academics across UCL, a panel discussion about the challenges for the new Institute and a conversation with author Nathan Filer. The event ended with a reception, academic poster display and book signing by Nathan Filer. You can watch the talks on our Youtube Channel and read our news article
