The conference will feature local experts and guest speakers from around the world, highlighting a wide range of mental health research, responding to the big issues of today, including COVID-19 and mental health; Pharmalogical and psychological treatments for depression; Conflict, war and trauma; and the future of psychiatry. The event will take place from 10am-5.00pm BST on Wednesday 21st September. The conference will be held at UCL Darwin Lecture Theatre, Gower St, London
The conference is open to academics, researchers, clinicians, students and people with lived experience.

Conference attendance includes teas and coffees.
*lunch package includes selection of sandwichs or salads, fruit, crudites and dips, and drink. You will need to purchase a conference attendance ticket in addition to selecting the lunch option.

As part of the conference, the IoMH will be showcasing research presentations from PhD/Masters students and Early Career Researchers. Conference attendees will be able to view posters during the conference and selected submissions will be eligible for the IoMH and Audience Choice Poster Presentation Awards. Posters will be displayed in rooms B05 and B15 (opposite the lecture theatre).
