Join us for an evening discussing mental health in professional sports. We will be joined by Rugby 7's star Alex Davis, Ospreys Rugby Sports Psychologist Professor Steve Mellalieu, Swim England's Hannah Stoyel and Optimise Potential's Alex Stoyel and Serena MacLeod for short talks about their experiences, followed by a panel discussion. This event gives a chance for the audience to ask questions and really delve into the topic.

All proceeds will go to charities supporting people with poor mental health.
