Join Catriona for a workshop where she will discuss labels, useful and unhelpful, as well as the diversity of mental health disorders and their manifestations.

She will use her lived experience of mental ill-health to give you an in depth understanding of what it is like to live with peoples misconceptions and labels. She will then, using the principles of Mental Health First Aid offer insights into how to recognise the signs, in someone else, or in yourself and give you resources to help.

Catriona is a qualified Mental Health First Aid Trainer in England and Wales, and is currently training to follow her passion of being a mountain leader!

This event is part of the Dear World Project Exhibition - www.dearworldproject.org
