The Early Career Research Network will be holding a session on Building Resilience and Emotional Intelligence from 3-4pm on the 5th of February in the 2nd-floor seminar room in the Rayne Building with networking afterward.
In the competitive and often stressful environment of academia, early career researchers face unique challenges that can impact their professional growth and personal well-being. In this presentation Prof Anastasia Kalea (UCL Division of Medicine) will reflect on useful tools and strategies to navigate the complexities of academic life with confidence and poise.
