UCL Health Professions Education MSc receives medical leadership accreditation

Accreditation from the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) was confirmed this week with UCL Medical School.
The award-winning Health Professions Education (HPE) MSc online programme equips clinicians from all professional backgrounds to deliver the highest standards of education. Students can choose to study full-time for one year or study flexibly for up to five years, with Certificate and Diploma exit awards also available.
The accreditation, which includes 25 CPD credits, was awarded to the Health Professions Education (Leadership) pathway for having successfully met FMLM's Leadership and Management Standards for Medical Professionals in the domains of Self, Team Leader, Organisational Responsibility and Systems Leadership.
The HPE programme is also accredited by the Academy of Medical Educators (AoME) a professional body that provides leadership, promotes standards and supports all those involved in the academic discipline and practice of medical education.
