Today saw the official signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding between Cancer Shenzhen Oncology Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences (CAMS) and UCL Cancer Institute.

The collaboration provides a foundation for both parties to explore opportunities to work together on discovery and translational research programmes, with a specific focus on the development of new laboratory facilities at Cancer Shenzhen Oncology Hospital of CAMS.
The MOU was signed by Professor Lvhua Wang, President of Shenzhen Ocology Hospital of CAMS,and Professor Tariq Enver, Director of the UCL Cancer Institute, witnessed by Dr Weizhong Wang, Party Secretary of CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Professor Mark Emberton, Dean of the Faculty of Medical Sciences at UCL.
Speaking of the agreement, Professor Enver said: “It’s a privilege to host this MOU signing at UCL Cancer Institute today and we are looking forward to an excellent collaboration between our two world-leading organisations.”
