Founded in 1826 in the heart of London, UCL is London's leading multidisciplinary university, with more than 16,000 staff and 50,000 students from 150 different countries.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is a priority area for our Division. It is important for your own development to keep your knowledge and skills up to date and this is a key facet of CPD.
Why CPD?
Some of the skills in these programmes can improve your performance in your workplace and improve your ability to contribute to your team.
CPD helps you to stay interested in your work and opens up new opportunities for your skills to be used.
It's good practice for staff to engage with regular CPD activities, and different professions and sectors will have different requirements for their staff.
