Integrated Medical Sciences
Most of the BSc courses in the Faculty of Medical Sciences have a shared first year. This gives you core knowledge and techniques but also the flexibility to switch degrees if your interests change.
Postgraduate Study
Our master's degrees reflect our wide range of scientific, clinical, and educational specialties. These include drug design and development, imaging, genetics, human tissue repair, nutrition and dietetics, and respiratory medicine.

Nutrition and Dietetics degrees
We offer undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Nutrition. Join UCL's world-leading academic community working on obesity, child health, epidemiology, and the psychiatry of disordered eating.

Drug Development degrees
The Faculty of Medical Sciences offers postgraduate degrees in Drug Design and Development. These degrees will deepen your understanding of cutting-edge research in the field.

Medical Technology and Diagnostics degrees
The Faculty of Medical Sciences offers undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in medical technology and diagnostics. Our BSc Medical Innovation and Enterprise integrates medicine and business.

Division of Medicine Bursaries
The Division of Medicine is offering three bursaries worth £5,000 to study a range of master's degrees in 2025. You must hold an offer to study one of the participating courses before you can apply.
Postgraduate Research
The Division of Medicine aims to educate, train, and inspire the next generation of scientists and doctors and to be at the forefront of biomedical research.

Postgraduate Research Degrees
Study for a research degree in a variety of subjects within the field of Medicine. We typically have 150-200 research students on our Medicine MPhil / PhD programme.

MBPhD
The MBPhD enables UCL MBBS students to conduct a major research project and gain a PhD.
