We are currently running three mentorship schemes primarily aimed at female staff and PhD students, but open to all.
These not only help mentees, but also provide valuable skills and experience to the mentors. Being a mentor also is one of the factors considered in promotion.

There is also a cross-institutional mentoring scheme in place across London for staff who identify as BME called the B-MEntor Mentoring Scheme.
