Dr Rachel Walters receives DoM Athena Swan early career researchers pump-priming award

The Athena Swan Self-Assessment Team launched a new ECRs pump priming award in September 2023, aimed at funding up to £5,000 in consumable money to be used in a 6-month timeframe to generate preliminary data to use in a fellowship application.
