Peer dialogue on teaching
Peer dialogue provides an opportunity for all those involved in medical education to develop their teaching practice.
Forming one aspect of professional development, this can be undertaken with either colleagues or students and involves the observation of a certain element of educational practice, with the feedback used to explore how the learning experience can be enhanced.
