Courses

Oral Medicine MSc
A full-time, one-year Master's programme that includes the diagnosis and medical treatment of, and research into, conditions of the mouth, face, salivary glands and jaws.
Why Oral Medicine?
The spectrum of disease relevant to the specialty of Oral Medicine is ever changing, particularly as a consequence of the increasing lifespan which inevitably leads to individuals being more at risk of acquired immunologically mediated and lifestyle-related disease as well as iatrogenic disorders due to drug therapy. Oral Medicine is more relevant than ever to ensure that patients from around the globe are appropriately managed to enhance their function and quality of life.
Why Eastman?
Our programme provides postgraduates with didactic teaching by internationally recognised research driven clinical academics and the opportunity to be involved in the management of patients with possibly the widest spectrum of disease relevant to Oral Medicine in Europe, if not the globe. We emphasise putting theory into practice to ensure that postgraduates are well equipped to appropriately manage patients with common and sometimes rare or complex disease.
