Craniofacial Growth & Development
This department focuses on the management of anomalies in growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
The department focuses on the management of anomalies in growth and development of the teeth and jaws including both syndromic and non-syndromic disorders.
We have a special expertise in caring for patients with severe malocclusions, especially those requiring complex multidisciplinary care and for which we have a world-wide reputation, including dentofacial and craniofacial deformity, hypodontia, and combined orthodontic / prosthodontics and paediatric care.
We also have extensive experience and expertise in caring for young patients with dento-alveolar trauma and special needs. There are strong links with Great Ormond Street Hospital and University College Hospital.

Orthodontics is a unique combination of academic and clinical work and of art and science. Our full-time master's is for international students.

Paediatric Dentistry is an extremely rewarding and enjoyable specialty, which allows you to experience and undertake all aspects of dental care in children.

Orthodontics
The unit welcomes visits from prospective overseas students to meet either the Programme Director or Deputy Programme Director provided you meet all of the mandatory requirements for entry to the programme. Appointments to visit should be made at least two months in advance as staff have clinical, teaching and research commitments.
