Trial Summary

The Inter-Ewing-1 trial aims to test the addition of regorafenib to standard treatment in newly-diagnosed patients with Ewing sarcoma. The below abstract summarises the data presented at the ASCO 2025 conference, on the phase Ib study to identify the maximum tolerated dose of regorafenib in combination with standard treatment in this group of patients.
